Church of the Pacific Wedding | Emma + Ryan

Happy Tuesday!

I’m excited to share this Princeville/Hanalei Bay Wedding with you today! So much gorgeousness, and love the Hawaiian traditions infused throughout the day! Emma grew up on the Big Island, and Ryan grew up in Mt. Lebanon. It was fun to have “neighbors” at the wedding. 🙂

The bridal party got ready in a gorgeous house rental just across from the trail to Queen’s Bath. The guys were downstairs and the ladies upstairs. I LOVE Emma’s BHLDN dress.

First Look

They did a First Look, and it was SO SWEET. Cue the tears. They adore one another. They each got each other a gift. Emma got Ryan this cedar box (below). It is made from ONE solid piece of wood, and I might fumble the purpose, but the sailors would use them to store food when sailing. He was elated!

He got Emma a gorgeous pair of earrings that perfectly match her engagement ring setting. His sister in law actually made them all (you’ll see them later in the post). She’s amazing! They were all gorgeous! Here’s her website if you’d like to take a look!

It was 1pm so we tried to find a few places of shade, and we did some in the full sun as well!Hanalei Bay WeddingHanalei Bay Wedding

Such a gorgeous backdrop! I LOVE the mountains of Kauai.Hanalei Bay WeddingHanalei Bay Wedding

Some of my favorites. These 2 couldn’t have been any sweeter together. They were so excited about getting married, and had spent a week on Kauai with their dearest friends and family. Best Kauai Wedding PhotographersBest Kauai Wedding PhotographersBest Kauai Wedding PhotographersBest Kauai Wedding PhotographersBest Kauai Wedding PhotographersBest Kauai Wedding Photographers

Emma’s mom brought over lei’s for all of the ladies to wear. They were gorgeous!Best Kauai Wedding PhotographersBest Kauai Wedding Photographers

Emma’s mom actually did all of the bouquets and centerpieces for the wedding. She bought some of the flowers locally on Kauai, and brought some over from the Big Island. They were lovely!

On to dinner and toasts. It’s always so telling to hear toasts and stories of friendship. These 2 have such an incredible “family” of people surrounding them in their marriage.Kauai Wedding PhotographersKauai Wedding PhotographersKauai Wedding PhotographersKauai Wedding PhotographersKauai Wedding Photographers

And a little bit of dancing! Folks were mostly hanging out outside… and also dancing outside, but they did come in for a little first dance.Kauai Wedding PhotosKauai Wedding PhotosKauai Wedding Tent Rentals

Thank you to Ryan and Emma for trusting me on their gorgeous wedding day! It was so fun to finally meet them, and meet some other Mt. Lebanon folks all of the way across the country!
